Hi, I am Elisha (usually referred to as Leash) - I am part of the talent team here at CFOC, recruiting the TOP 1% of CFOs in The UK - hiring some of our SUPERSTAR CFOs from Aston Martin, GKN, McLaren, French Connection, All Saints and more! 

I have 5 years experience within recruitment, starting my career off in Engineering , but also specialising in Deep Tech & Clean Tech. I have a passion for continuous improvement and am always thinking of innovative ways we can increase engagement through the recruitment process to ensure we are hiring the top talent!

Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my work from home companion, Hugo.
