Hello, I'm Domi!

I am the Divisional Talent Lead for UK West & Ireland at The CFO Centre. In this role, I lead the talent strategy across our divisions in the East, partnering with Regional Directors to ensure we attract, onboard, and develop exceptional CFOs who want to deliver meaningful, measurable transformation for ambitious SMEs.

Not only do we recruit high‑calibre, purpose‑driven finance leaders, but I also work closely with our existing CFO community to make sure they feel supported, fulfilled, and empowered in the roles they take on. Their ability to deliver clarity, confidence, and impact is at the heart of what makes The CFO Centre the world’s leading provider of fractional CFO services. 

Outside of work, I’m a working mum, totally obsessed with my two dogs🐕, and a wannabe artisan baker - nothing makes me happier than switching off and attempting (yet another) loaf of homemade bread🥖.
