We’re searching for an experienced In-House Recruiter (Talent Partner) who will work directly with the UK & Ireland Talent Team. Our Talent Partners are responsible for supporting recruitment activity across the UK & Ireland business, working closely with the Divisional Talent Partners (DTPs) to understand the recruitment needs of the different regional teams with selective & niche hires of Chief Financial Officers and Finance Directors across the UK & Ireland, as well as supporting with the recruitment of internal staff across the business.
Reporting to the Head of Talent, the Talent Partner will support the DTPs and work closely with the Talent Team to source and interview CFOs and FDs. This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent communication skills, knowledge of multichannel recruitment, high levels of organisation, and the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
Role Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment of CFOs from sourcing, screening, 1st stage interviews, feedback, management of the candidate through later stages of the process and subsequent onboarding.
- Manage the candidate pipeline from all sources, direct applicants, and your own candidates in process.
- Direct sourcing, leveraging a variety of techniques including adverts, social media posts etc.
- Manage and prioritise multiple searches, projects, and job advert responses to tight deadlines.
- Build and maintain talent pools of pipelined candidates.
- Provide an exceptional candidate & stakeholder experience.
About You
Our next Talent Partner will have;
- 2-4 years' demonstrated expertise in end-to-end recruitment and strong organisational skills.
- An innovative approach to direct sourcing and proactively developing talent pipelines.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own administration, keeping documents relating to talent acquisition up to date and accurate.
- Recruitment lifecycle experience, particularly in direct searches and interviewing.
- Proven track record of supporting the wider team to achieve company headcount targets.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
